Beet Em, Bust Em Smoothie For American Ninja Warrior
    1. Combine chia seeds with 1 cup POM Wonderful 100% juice, reserving remaining ¼ cup juice for later.
    2. Stir to make sure that chia seeds are covered, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soak.
    3. Once chia have soaked in pomegranate juice, remove from the refrigerator and pour chia and pomegranate juice mixture into a blender.
    4. Add remaining ingredients (¼ cup pomegranate juice, banana, coconut chips, cacao nibs, and beet) to the blender, cover, and puree on high speed until ingredients are combined.
    5. Depending on how thick you like your smoothies, you may want to add a tad more pomegranate juice and blend once more.
