Quick and Easy Yogurt Parfait Recipe for a Healthy Breakfast Fast

Weekday mornings in my house consist of me waking up early only to feel like I am rushing my kids out the door to get Grace to school on time. Somehow it seems like there just isn’t enough time. My daughters like cereal sometimes, but they get bored of the same thing every day. Yogurt parfaits are a great alternative for breakfast and can be put together just as fast as cereal and milk!

Quick and Easy Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  • Fruit any combination would be delicious
  • Yogurt regular vanilla, or Greek Yogurt for more protein
  • Oat and Honey granola bars crushed with rolling pin, one pack of 2 is enough for 2 servings

Instructions
  1. Choose a fun, clear, glass bowl or cup, then begin layering. Start with a small amount of fruit in the bottom of the parfait, add yogurt on top, more fruit, then crushed granola bar.

My daughters love having this blueberries and strawberries in their yogurt parfaits, and love to look at all of the layers!
