Quick and Easy Yogurt Parfait
    • Fruitany combination would be delicious
    • Yogurtregular vanilla, or Greek Yogurt for more protein
    • Oat and Honey granola barscrushed with rolling pin, one pack of 2 is enough for 2 servings
    1. Choose a fun, clear, glass bowl or cup, then begin layering. Start with a small amount of fruit in the bottom of the parfait, add yogurt on top, more fruit, then crushed granola bar.
