Instructions
  1. Stir together cherries, Stevia In The Raw® and ½ cup water.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook until cherries are very soft.
  3. Crush cherries to release their juices, then strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Stir together ¼ cup cherry syrup, chocolate extract, and vanilla.
  5. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
  6. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with cherries.
