Everyone understands the importance of mother’s milk in a child’s development.  Breastfeeding is a wonderful way to bond with your child through the skin to skin contact.  Breastfed babies feed more often than formula fed babies. Babies are usually fed on demand and they don’t understand where they are.  When they want to eat, they want to eat. They don’t care whether it is on the privacy of your home, or out in the open public.

Some mothers are exclusively pumping.  Many moms go back to work full time once their maternity leave is over.  The only way to keep supplying their babies with mother’s milk is through pumping.

Many corporations provide lactation/nursing rooms for their female employees.  Some moms are able to pump in the privacy of their cube or office, but there are also moms who pump in awkward places like bathrooms or their cars.  No matter where they pump, pumping mothers need the same level of privacy as exclusively breastfeeding mothers.

Again, with a good nursing cover, pumping moms can say that they get the privacy and security they deserve.

What is a good nursing cover?
