I noticed the other day that my 5 year old daughter’s hair was looking stringy and it has been getting easily tangled. I thought it was because it may need more than just a trim but a significant cut, her hair is getting pretty long. The same week, I was introduced to Fairy Tales Hair Care for Children. I learned that harsh winter weather can make your hair dry and brittle which leads to tangles. I had no idea that the winter weather could cause hair to tangle.
Fairy Tales Hair Care for Children Review
So, I was happy to give their line of hair care for children a try. Fairy Tale Hair Care products are made of organic, natural ingredients, so I felt good about using it on my daughter’s long, blonde hair. We started with the Conditioning Shampoo. It is a mild, lightly scented shampoo that contains Vitamins E & B to give your kid’s hair shine and better texture. It is also tear-free shampoo, a must for young kids and babies. I still use tear-free formulas for both my 5 & 7 year old kids. It just makes life easier! The Fairy Tales Shampoo lathers up quickly, so you don’t need to use much at all on your kid’s hair.
Next, we use the Fairy Tales Detangling Conditioner. This stuff was made for my daughter’s hair! It really works. It is a super smooth conditioner that leaves my daughter’s hair easy to comb through. It contains extracts of rosemary, aloe vera, cherrybark and chamomile to tackle dry, static hair. It rinses clean without any heavy build up.
We end our hair care routine with Fairy Tales Static Free Leave-in Detangling Spray, or like we call it, Magic Spray. We call it magic because it gives my daughter’s hair a super sleek texture that makes combing through a cinch, even on days when we don’t wash her hair. This is especially necessary when going to the waterpark when the chlorine drys out and tangles your hair! This spray helps fight against static electricity in the winter by re-hydrating the scalp and adding shine to the hair with aloe, rose hips sage, and Vitamin B. It has a bit more scent than I or my daughter normally like but it isn’t overpowering and we both approve.
I really like this line of hair care for my daughter’s long hair. I’ve seen a difference since using these products and don’t plain to get her hair cut off because of the tangling issue anymore. (Just a little trim.) My daughter likes it because it is a princess theme with the castle on the bottle. My son likes it too because of the castle theme but doesn’t have many hair issues or concerns.
