Save Money on Computers, Tablets, Books, & More in Medina

RizTech and Bookshelf

I was thrilled when I found these 2 gems of stores in Medina and couldn’t wait to share with all of you how to save money on computers, tablets, books, and more!

All of these items can add up and cause a strain on your budget. Computers and tablets tend to have a bigger price ticket to begin with. If you (and your family) like to read, then books might be something you spend a lot on as well.

Save Money on Computers and Tablets

On the square in Medina, there is a store called RizTech. If you have never been in it, I’d encourage you to check it out! They have a combination of new and refurbished computers and tablets. They also have STEM toys for kids, laptop and work bags, wallets, jewelry made from recycled computer parts, and more!

RizTech

RizTech has a whole wall of computers that have been refurbished and are priced at a fraction of the retail price. They also have new computers and tablets that are sold for prices that are much lower than you would normally find!

RizTech

This is a great place to check out if you have a “techie” person on your Christmas shopping list.

Jennifer Knapp of RizTech was on New Day Cleveland talking about all that they have to offer. You can check out the video and article HERE.

RizTech is located at 215 S Court St. Medina, OH 44256.

Save Money on Books

Also on the square in Medina, one street over from RizTech, is another gem of a store called The Bookshelf. I was so happy when my friend told me about this store. They are a bookstore that sells used books at a fraction of the price you would normally pay.

I was especially excited about the children’s book section. My daughter loves books and buying them at full price can add up quickly! I came home with 6 new books for her and paid just under $6! That was exciting!

BookShelf

They way the store operates is, they take donations of books and then they sell them at great prices. All proceeds go to benefit adult literacy.

They teach adult literacy classes, including GED classes in the upstairs of their store.

If you or your children enjoy reading, definitely check out The Bookshelf at 105 W Liberty St. Medina, OH 44256. They also have a location in Brunswick and Wadsworth.

Even though the books are used, most of them are in great condition! Many of the children’s books that I purchased looked brand new.

I will definitely be heading back there to grab some books for my daughter for Christmas!

I hope this post helped you to save money on “new tech” such as computers and tablets and “old tech” such as books. Those are things that can cause a strain on your budget, especially when you are trying to please everyone on your Christmas list!
