If you haven’t yet checked out Katie Bug’s Kloset Resale Store in Hudson, you definitely should! Katie Bug’s Kloset opened about a year ago, in a space that previously housed a different resale store. And let me just be frank, Katie Bug’s is nothing like the previous store – the over-stuffed, hard to walk thru aisles are long gone. In its place, Katie Bug’s Kloset owner, Krissy Blythe, has created a children’s resale store that genuinely feels like an oasis. Wide aisles, a beautiful wall mural, and meticulously organized clothing, games, toys and accessories make it such a pleasurable place to shop! And if gently used, better brand name clothing like Gymboree, Janie & Jack, Gap, and Ralph Lauren is what you are looking for, look no further – Katie Bug’s got you covered!

Our Experience at Katie Bug’s Kloset
The day we were shopping at Katie Bug’s Kloset, store associate, Natalie, was helping us out. She was great! She very quickly sized up my girls’ style, and starting putting together outfits for them to try. It was like having a personal shopper! They liked nearly everything she brought them, which says a lot with regards to my eldest, Alyssa – she’s pretty particular about her favorite brands and styles. The hard part was narrowing down our selections – too many cute clothes, that’s for sure! Check out the great brands and styles we found at Katie Bug’s Kloset – all for around $30.00 total per girl!

The photo above shows Alyssa in a super-cute outfit. The Limited Too Japanese-inspired blouse was $5.99, and the great-fitting cargo corduroys from Greendog were $4.49. Lila has on a brand new, tags on Hanna Andersson t-shirt costing $6.49, and a sweet pink corduroy skirt from The Children’s Place that cost $6.99.

The girls (and I) fell head over heals for these next outfits too! Alyssa felt and looked pretty in this embellished t-shirt and skirt combo from Limited Too. The t-shirt with rhinestones was $4.99 and the plaid skirt with just a touch of metallic thread was $6.99. Lila once again scored with another brand new top, this time a lime green cotton tunic sweater from Greendog – $5.99. Her lace trimmed leggings were from Old Navy were $4.99.
I loved the look of this wrap style outfit on Alyssa – feminine, comfortable, cute! You sure can’t beat the price either – the top and leggings from Area Code were $7.99 total! Lila looks like such a big school girl in this adorable Gymboree mini-corduroy top $5.99, and The Children’s Place bootcut jeans $6.99.
