Nicky Nicole in Hudson – A Cool Shop for Girls – Trendy Bracelets Review

I can sum up the Nicky Nicole store in Hudson in one sentence:  Every girl’s dream store come true! From all of the latest “must have”  toys,  hip room decor and accessories, to up-to-the-minute  fashion, Nicky Nicole has it all!  I truly think it would be darn near impossible NOT to find a knock-her-socks-off gift for a special girl in your life while shopping there.  The hard task would be choosing!  🙂

I was thrilled when Hudson store owner, MJ Lehman, asked us to review two of their hottest bracelet sets as a unique Easter gift.  What girl doesn’t love a little bling?  And, as a frugal mom, I love the idea of giving my girls something for special for Easter that they can use all year long. Let me share these adorable bracelets with you!

MOGO Interchangeable Magnetic Charm Bracelet Review

The Cool MOGO Magnetic Charm Bracelet

MJ tells me that these bracelets are wildly popular in their stores and on their website. I can see why!  The basic idea is that you pick an adjustable charm band that comes in a variety of colors, and create a custom bracelet by adding charms of your choice.  You can purchase a charm 3-pack in a tin, and they have cute themes to the designs like “Groovy Love,” “Pet Pals,” “Team MOGO,” Beachy Keen,” “World Peace,”  “BFF,” and too many more to list.  Single birth stone magnet charms are also available.  Nicky Nicole has a wide variety of charm designs that can be purchased individually as well.  Just a firm connection of magnet charm to band, and it’s ready to wear!  These bracelets are for made for girls 8+.

A Few Things I Love About MOGO Bracelets

  • They are totally hip and fun, and with such varied charm designs, it’s a no-brainer gift.  Just pick a few charms that reflect the girl’s interests that your getting the bracelet for, and you’re done!
  • The bracelets are completely adjustable.  It fit my 3 1/2 year old, Lila, my 8 1/2 year old, Alissa, and ME!
  • As girls interests change, (or their moods 🙂  ), they can simple add on or change out the charms.
  • Charm bands can be linked together to make choker necklaces, headbands, anklets, what ever the girls can imagine.
  • A Charm band ($14.99), and a charm tin ($12.99) cost less than $30.00.

High Intensity Charm It! Bracelet Review

The Adorable High Intensity Charm It! Bracelet

This line of totally fun, very collectible bracelets and charms is a hit with a wide age range of girls 4 -12. The bracelet has a  more classic charm appearance to it.  You choose an adjustable linked bracelet and then choose from a myriad of colorful enamel charms that easily clip onto your bracelet.   These bracelets are too cute! The one we reviewed had upbeat charms like: smiling peas in a pod and said “best friends,” a retro rainbow flower with a yellow smiley face center, a palm tree, a cupcake marked “dulce,” and a rainbow charm with a fun bottle cap design to it.  Other possibilities  include dance and gymnastics charms, several “happy birthday” designs (how cute!), girls rock, and on and on…   Lila, not yet four loved that she could clip the charms on herself, and place them where ever she wanted to (independence is a big thing these days!).  Alyssa loved the fun look of the charms.

A Few Things I Love About High Intensity Charm It!  Bracelets

  • These bracelets are appropriate for a huge age range, making it so easy to pick a great gift, what ever the age.
  • The adjust-ability factor is a great plus.  Once again, this bracelet could be worn by both my girls, and myself.
  • So many choices of charms, it’s like charm-palooza!
  • Another affordable, fun gift with the silver chain bracelet costing $4.00, and each charm $4.99.  Our review bracelet came in just under $30.00.

Nicky Nicole really has so much to offer.  I do hope you’ll stop by.   I know you will be impressed by their range of affordable items, and their wonderful customer service.  Oh, and I should also mention that they host themed birthday parties at the store!   How’s that for easy-peasy party planning!  Simply contact Nicky Nicole’s staff for more information.
