Vitamix Immersion Blender Review

I’m in love with the Vitamix Immersion Blender because it’s so versatile, easy to use, and fast to clean. I also like that this high-quality brand is a local Olmsted Falls, Ohio brand that has products that can help families eat healthier with whole foods. I love knowing what ingredients are in the foods my family eats.

This powerful hand-held blender can blend whole-food ingredients in the container of your choice. Blend in your mason jar for fast smoothies, in your pot for creamy soups, or with their blending jar. You can also use this immersion blender on their food processor unit for quick chopping!

My daughter loves smoothies but we all hate the mess it makes to make one. When I saw the Vitamix Immersion Blender, I knew we needed it. With Vitamix, I knew that it would have the power to blend frozen fruits like no other brand.

My husband helped me shoot the above photo as now we are both addicted to the ease and convenience of making smoothies for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning. I’m so impressed at how quick and easy it is to make smoothies now. The powerful motor of the Vitamix immersion blender powers through the frozen fruit with it’s 624-watt motor for effortless smoothies in just seconds. Win #1 – quick and easy smoothies for breakfast or anytime with less mess!

My daughter wanted to try creating a pumpkin spice latte with the blender. We warmed the milk in the measuring cup, pictured above and just added the spices and coffee for a quick latte! I like that you don’t have to use special equipment to use this hand-held blender. You can use whatever is convenient for you, like a measuring cup!  It powered through the ingredients to deliver a smooth, frothy latte that the whole family loves. Recipe posting to the blog soon!

There is no need to go to fancy coffee shops when you can make delicious lattes and homemade hot chocolates at home in just seconds. You know you are succeeding when your kids post pics of their lattes on social media and people ask where they got it!  That’s exactly what my daughter did! Win #2 – Instagram worthy drinks!

I just can’t keep my hands off the Vitamix Immersion Blender, to my family’s delight. I made homemade apple butter for the first time this week. Oh, it was amazing and gone in less than 24 hours. I cooked the apples down on the stove and then used the blender to smooth it out with the spices. Recipe coming soon! My husband said it was so good that we should have a booth at the market to sell it. Win #3 – Food so good that I should start my own business!

We love fresh, homemade salsa but don’t make it often because it’s time-consuming. I can’t tell you how excited we were to check out the Immersion Blender Mini-Chopper. It’s the perfect size chopper to chop or puree food for dinner. The 3-point blade can chop or puree up to 3 cups at a time, which is normally all you need for anything you make for dinner.

I added all the ingredients – fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, spices, and canned fire-roasted tomatoes. I added the immersion blender attachment to the top and within seconds, we had restaurant-quality salsa! You can blend it to make it as coarse or smooth as you prefer! My family gobbled it up – recipe coming soon! Win #4 – fresh, restaurant-quality salsa with ingredients I know and trust in seconds!

For desserts or a quick whipped topping on coffees and hot chocolate, I love the Immersion Blender Whisk! Just attach the immersion blender to to whisk and you are good to go!

You can whisk eggs, cream, aquafabas, batters, meringues, and more in seconds with this whisk attachments. Make a small batch like I did in a 1-quart mason jar or in a larger bowl for a large batch.
This attachment makes it no hassle to whip up any recipe! Win #5 – powerful whisk when and where I need it, in any container! As I noted above, my family has enjoyed all the experiments I’ve had this week using this Vitamix Immersion Hand-held Blender. It has already become my go-to kitchen tool for everythign and will for many years to come. Afterall, Vitamix is all about quality products that stand the test of time!
