We were able to review the Chuggington Koko Safari Set Wooden Railway Train Set. The star of the set is Koko, the adventurous young trainee of Chuggington. Koko rides the rails through a safari that is complete with monkeys that hang from branching making their Ew Ew Ew Ah Ah Ah noises. An adorable little elephant and giraffe with moving neck also join in on the adventure riding the wooden rails through the safari jungle.
Everything in the box is packed nicely and securely. Here are all the pieces laid out – with a couple little hands trying to start playing with them already!
The Chuggington Koko Safari Set Wooden Railway Train Set will provide your child ages 3 and up with hours of creative, imaginative play. It comes with 38 well-made wooden rail way pieces that have designs on either side, making building the set easy. This set also includes 2 safari tree tunnels that can be placed on top of each other for a towering safari tree, or used apart for 2 separate areas of play.

The safari tree also comes with a swinging door that the train goes through when they reach the other side of the tunnel.
There is even a safari gate located at the top of the hill for Koko to drive though. Little features like these door make kids giggle and sparks imagination.
Both of my kids have had fun playing with this train set, including my 7 year old son who “outgrew” his breaking-apart no-brand wooden set years ago. This set seems like it is of much higher quality.
My daughter has always enjoyed playing with her brother’s train set. Of course, Strawberry Shortcake and other “girly” characters ride the rails with Koko! There is no reason girls can’t enjoy wooden railway train sets too!
This would make an excellent Christmas gift for boys and girls or birthday gift!
