My Little Pony Princess Celestia Review
My 4 year old daughter was all smiles when she received the My Little Pony Princess Celestia, as you can see in the picture above. She has several My Little Pony toys but none quite as elegant as this. My kids love directions that come with toys, they are always so colorful. Elizabeth is checking out what Princess Celestia can do and other My Little Pony toys she wants to add to her Christmas Wish List below.
Princess Celestia has wings that light up in various movements of light and move up and down when you press the button on the side. She also talks to your daughter in about a dozen different phrases. Her voice is soft and pleasing as she says encouraging words and expressions of fun for your daughter including: I love to make new friends, I’m a princess, are you a princess too?, You’re beautiful, I love when you comb my hair. I love watching my daughter engage in conversation and imaginative play with Princess Celestia.
It really is a pretty doll / toy with pretty purple and pink ringlets of hair on her mane and tail. It comes with a comb and barrettes for your daughter to play dress-up with her. My daughter isn’t to that point yet with dolls and such, but loves to make up stories of adventures that her toys go on. In fact, My Little Pony Princess Celestia made the cut last month on our OBX trip. Only a few toys per kid were allowed to come, this was the perfect toy because it lights up at night – good for driving in the dark and feeling safe in a strange bedroom while on vacation too.
