The Nerf Vortex Pyragon offers up some serious fun for kids ages 8 and up! It is the latest in performance and disc technology allowing you to shoot the disks at long range either one-by-one or in a steady stream! It comes with 40 long range disks that easily loads into the 40-disk drum magazine. As a parent, I am so glad to see that all of the discs go in one location for loading! Of course, there are 40 discs that will be flying all around that kids will need to keep track of too!
The Nerf Vortex Pyragon is easy to operate – even for moms! Load the drum magazine by placing the discs in one-by-one, pump the handle to chamber the disk, and fire! You control the rate for the firing. The discs are bright orange, so they are easy to see as they soar through the room or sky! And easy to locate when it’s time to pick them up too! My kids have enjoyed a variety of Nerf toys, this will be a favorite with the option of rapid fire! At most, they have had rapid fire of 4 or 5 balls, so 40 discs is beyond amazing!
I have to admit that I have had a lot of fun with the Vortex Pyragon Blaster myself! This is a toy that you can actually have fun with while playing with your kids – so buy 2! You can have family competitions and fun like never before!
Nerf Vortex products are fun to collect because many of the elements are interchangeable. If you have other Nerf Vortex blasters, you can even use the 40-disc drum magazine on those as well, like the Nitron or Praxis. Or, add any Tactical Rail accessory to the Vortex Tactical Rail! A great way for your child to get his collection started is to get your family together to purchase similar products during Christmas or birthdays! That is what my family does! Or add on to your collection throughout the year.
The Nerf Vortex Pyragon is for ages 8 and up. I can easily see college students loving this as they shoot their way through the dorms! It is a great gift idea for tweens and teens too! Like I said earlier, buy 2 because you will have fun playing with this with your kids for family fun competitions.
