My kids and I saw Rio2 last month when it first came out in theaters. It is still in select theaters (locally Kent Plaza, Cinemark at Valley View, and Solon) and you can preorder the Rio2 DVD
Rio2 is a delightful movie, just as the first with beautiful animation and hilarious storyline. In the movie, the accident-prone and loveable Blu journey to the Amazon with the love of his life Jewel and their adorable kiddos. Although Blu loves Minnesota and isn’t eager to leave it, he wants to make Jewel happy in her pursuit to find the rumored new flock of Spix Macaws. In the end, they all find that ‘home is where the heart is’ and live happily ever after.
