My kids have been playing with KNEX building sets for years. They offer a fun assortment of themes and skill levels for each child. Elmo’s Rainy Day Building Set Review
The Elmo’s Rainy Day Building Set s for kids ages 2-5. My daughter is 4-1/2, so I wondered how she would respond to it. I feared it may be too “babyish”. When she was 2, I would build a set like this with her and it would be a fun “together” activity. Now that she is older, she really enjoyed building the set herself. She followed the instructions and build the set herself. She was so proud! What a confidence booster!
The set comes with 7 chunky blocks that are easy to assemble by kids to make Elmo and his Rainbow with stormy cloud. They also have great Play & learn activity sheet for fun ideas to play and learn with your kids. For the Elmo’s Rainy Day Building Set, they suggest pointing out the color of Elmo’s raincoat adn then having your child find other things that are yellow in the picture. Have your child tell you the colors of the rainbow blocks. Explain how rainbows form in the sky.

Another thing that I like about buying Sesame Street products is that the Sesame Workshop puts the proceeds from sales of its products right back into Sesame Street and its other products for children at home and around the world.
