Living in Northeast Ohio, we are always looking for that perfect escape—especially when we want to trade the snow for some sunshine! A couple weeks ago, I had the most incredible dinner at Cordelia on East 4th Street in Cleveland. I sat down with a few new friends from the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, and let me tell you, I left feeling so inspired to pack my bags!

We enjoyed a menu that was a culinary map of the Florida coast. We started with fresh oysters and shrimp that tasted like they were pulled right from the Indian River Lagoon.

It was a true “Boat to Table” experience! They even served a delicious Walleye with brown butter sauce—a perfect nod to our Northeast Ohio roots mixed with that Florida coastal flair.
