Akron ZooCamp – Akron Summer Camps for Kids 2-16

Sign up now for the Akron ZooCamp for kids 2-16 years old.  The 32 different ZooCamps will run June – August in 1, 3, or 5-day sessions. Kids will learn about the zoo’s animals and their environments, conservation programs and what it is like to work at the zoo.

Akron Summer Camp ages 2-5

Kids ages 2-5 ZooCamp includes a tour of the zoo, t-shirt, animal encounter, snack, take home craft, free play, music and games. Caregiver must attend. Themes: Going, Going, Gone, Animal Facts-Animal Fiction, Superman-imals, Wet N’ Wild or Ewe and Me.

Akron Summer Camp ages 5-16

Kids ages 5-16 ZooCamp includes a tour of the zoo with a ZooCamp coordinator, a chance to meet zoo staff, an up-close experience with animals, t-shirt, photo, snack, souvenir, take-home craft and much more.

Sessions are limited to 15 campers and must be pre-paid.

Early childhood camps are $30 per child for Akron Zoo members and $35 per child for non-members. The cost for a three-day camp is $65 for Akron Zoo members and $70 for non-members. Five-day camps are $95 for Akron Zoo members and $100 for non-members.

Camps for 15 & 16 year olds are $115 for Akron Zoo Members and $135 for non-members. The full day camps that are available for 7-14 year olds are $150 per child for Akron Zoo members and $170 for non-members.
