We had a fantastic time at the Cleveland Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus this weekend! As always, they lived up to being the greatest show on Earth! The Built to Amaze theme was entertaining as we witnessed an exciting circus be built in front of our eyes with true talent and amazing athletes! The Olympics have nothing on the circus entertainers – they display amazing feats at every performance that leaves everyone in total amazement!
The pre-show is a must-see. It is 1/2 the fun of the circus! During the pre-show, you and your kids can meet clowns in person, try on circus costumes, see animals up close including the horses and elephants! There are mini-acts with the clowns too!
We even played beach ball with the elephants!
The circus was so exciting! There were so many times that I was in utter amazement at the talent and feats the performers were attempting – and were successful at. I could hear people from all around saying things like “How did they do that?” “Did you see that?!” “That’s amazing!”

One of my favorite new acts this year were the glass jumpers. They would jump from the top level, bounce on the trampoline and somehow just “walk” back up the side of the glass wall! It was AMAZING! They made it look easy!

There were an amazing 18 tigers under one tamers control. He even kissed one on the face. Such bravery!
The dog act was my kid’s favorite. There were about a dozen large poodles and a couple miniature ones that delighted us with many tricks mixed in with comedy. My kids cracked up laughing!
The human cannon ball was a first for us. It was incredible watching the 19 year old girl get shot from one side of the arena to the other! Lightening fast!
