Forms to request toys can be found at all Medina County libraries, Medina County Health Department, Job and Family Service and the Veterans office. Also the Wayne County Community Service office on Lafayette Rd in Medina.

Adventist Community Services Center

The Community Services Center helps match clients with providers for holiday food and gift baskets. There will be sign-ups in the lobby for Thanksgiving Food, Christmas Food, and Christmas Gifts for the kids. Stop by during the holiday season to reserve a date and time to pick up your holiday food and gift baskets. Registered clients of the Community Services Center are free to visit anytime to sign up for Holiday food and/or gift baskets.  If you are not currently a client at the center, please call to schedule an appointment.  You will be able to sign up for Holiday assistance at that time.  Please be sure to bring photo ID and current proof of residence.
