Delivery Man opens tomorrow at theaters everywhere! I have already seen it at a pre-screening and I give it two big thumbs up! It was not what I expected from a Vince Vaughn movie, he was at his best in the David Wozniak, father of 533 character! During the entire movie, we laughed, we cried, we had a great time!
Delivery Man is the perfect movie to go see with friends and family this holiday season.
Vince Vaughn’s character is a bit of an underachiever. He’s a good guy but no real purpose in life. Like most of us, he felt like he was destined to do something big, be someone, make a difference.
When he found out that the anonymous donations to a fertility clinic he made 20 years ago has come to life, with a lawsuit to reveal his identity, his whole life and outlook on life changes. As you can imagine, this causes for some seriously tricky situations loaded with comedy! Your heart will be touched by the tender moments as well.
Going on this journey with David Wozniak (Vince Vaughn) was heart-felt. Vince Vaughn nailed the character! He was so believable, he did exactly what I would expect a real, good guy would do in the same situation. If you could ever imagine being a parent to 533 kids! At the end of the Delivery Man movie, we all sat back for a second, partly not wanting the movie to end and part reflecting on our own lives. The ending was right-on and so perfect!
