True to all My Little Pony adventures, there is a problem to solve and friendship always prevails. I like how there is always a positive message in the movie yet it is filled with comedy and fun too.
This movie is also full of great tunes as the Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy debut their new band, The Rainbooms during the musical showcase at CHS.
This delightful 70 minute movie is sure to delight fans of all ages but especially the tweens. In the movie, Twilight Sparkle re-enter the strange alternate world where she becomes a teenage girl just like in the 2013 movie, My Little Pony Equestria Girls.
The musical showcase was suppose to be innocent enough as a competition until the new girl group, The Dazzlings convince everyone to make it a ‘battle of the bands’ where the competition gets a little out of hand.
No worries though because Princess Twilight is called upon to help restore the harmony of the entire school.
My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks is available now on Blu-ray and DVD. It makes a excellent Christmas gift too if you can wait that long to watch it!
