One of our family’s favorite experiences was the Rudolf 4D Experience. This 15-minute movie clip is not just in 3D but includes 4D effects that tickle the senses, ensuring laughs and smiles all around. It’s a cozy retreat from the chilly outdoors too!
The surprise of snow shooting out from a 15-foot-tall singing snowman was a delightful treat. And at the entrance, kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy meeting costume characters like Elsa and Anna, marvel at model train displays, watch ice carvers in action, and even write and mail letters to Santa.

The carousel ride, included in the ticket price, is a charming addition to the experience. Crafted by Mansfield, Ohio-based Carousel Works, it features an array of animals, providing another warm spot to escape the cold.
For an additional fee, there are a couple more attractions: For the more adventurous, the Eagle Zip Adventure offers a thrilling zip line experience, offering breathtaking views of the illuminated zoo and downtown Cleveland.
