Celebrating the Year of the Dragon, Ringling Bros, Barnum & Bailey presents DRAGONS at Youngstown’s Covelli Centre on March 30-April 2, 2012. Witness authentic circus feats through one phenomenal circus act after another. DRAGONS promises to be like no other circus you’ve seen before with the addition of spiritual and real life legends. You’ll get a glimpse of the elusive beast as they figure out what it takes to lure a true dragon from its golden lair.

We are psyched about this show. It is sure to delight children of all ages but I have a feeling that the boys in the crowd are going to be glued to the show! The below display of the fantasy creature looks amazing. I can’t wait till my kids see it!
The circus will be choreographed around the dragons theme with remarkable acts of bravery and athleticism. This show boasts acts such as Shaolin Kung Fu Warriors, charging Cossack riders, magnificent Asian elephants, fierce tigers and the frenzied Globe of Steel.

No matter what show you choose to attend, be sure to get there early for the FREE pre-show. The pre-show gives you the chance to participate in interactive experiences like learning to juggle, balance, get autographs, watch the Asian elephant paint a masterpiece and clown around with the Ringling Bros. Clowns. My 7 year old son recently announced that he wants to be a clown when he grows up, so I’m sure he will be super excited to hang out with the best of the best clowns at the preshow! Preschool is 1 hour before each event and is free to ticket holders.
