Sometimes there are so many things to do in our day to day lives that we forget to get the meat out to thaw, or we get home late from running errands or taking our kids to whatever practice they have. On nights like those, I love to do breakfast for dinner. It comes together quickly and everyone in my family absolutely loves it!
My daughters especially love any chance to have pancakes for dinner! Krusteaz makes having breakfast for dinner easy with just a simple measurement of the mix from the box and mix it with water, put your batter in the skillet or on the griddle and minutes later, dinner is ready to serve!

Fast and Warm Breakfast on Cold Mornings
I love that on school mornings I can quickly whip up either pancakes or muffins from Krusteaz without feeling like I am running late! I know that my girls are much more likely to sit and eat their entire plate in the mornings if it is warm and fresh. Cereal can get old, but waking up to warm Blueberry Muffins from Krusteaz will get any morning grump up and ready for the day!

I love the versatility or Krusteaz products! I like to make muffins for a snack that my kids can easily grab on their own. The pancake and waffle mixes are not only awesome for breakfast, but for dinner too! I love to do pancakes on the weekend for lunch or brunch.
So, I have tried Krusteaz at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but what about dessert? Well, get ready for this! I decided to take my Krusteaz Blueberry Waffle Mix and make donut holes! And yes, they were fantastic!
Simply put 2-3 cups of Krusteaz Blueberry Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl, then add water until batter is desired consistency. You want to be sure that it isn’t so thick that it doesn’t fry evenly, but also not too thin, otherwise your donut holes will fall apart in the oil. Just drop by the teaspoonful into hot oil and fry evenly. Remove from the oil when golden brown. Then top with anything you would like!

You can purchase Krusteaz products at most grocery stores, as well as on Amazon.
