Some recipes come from boxes, some from grandma, and some from unknown books copied hurriedly from recipes created at the homes of friends. This is one of those recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced RED Bell Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove, Pressed
- 1 Can (Fourteen oz) chicken Broth
- 2Cups Diced cooked Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Snipped Basil
- 1 Jar (16 Ounce) Alfredo Sauce
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Chop Broccoli, Carrots and Onion.
- Dice Bell Pepper
- Place Broccoli, Carrots, Onion and Pressed Garlic In Sauce Pan
- Add Chicken Broth, Bring to a Boil
- Reduce Heat, Cover, and Summer 5minutes or until Veggies are Tender but still Crisp
- Dice Chicken and Snip Basil
- Add Chicken and Alfredo Sauce to Broth
- Simmer 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly
- Remove from heat and Stir in Basil
- Top with Parmesan Cheese at Servicign Time
