As the host family, a lot of time and energy goes into preparing a feast for the family. In fact the average person spends 15 hours shopping, cooking, and prepping for Thanksgiving. I spent less about 1-1/2 hours and had this feast!

I placed my order to my local Bob Evans the day before and had a feast ready for pick-up the next day. This is available at 500 locations across the country now through November 22nd.

I picked up my huge Farmhouse Feast box from the friendly folks at Bob Evans. They went through the box with me to ensure everything was there. I couldn’t believe all that was packed into that huge box.

Once home, I placed the turkey breast in the oven with foil for 45 minutes and without foil for 45 minutes. That is the longest item to warm (everything is precooked). I warmed the rest in the microwave or oven the last 1/2 hour before serving.

I can’t believe how amazingly easy this Thanksgiving was. Everything looked amazing and it was more than enough for our group.

Everyone had full plates and tummies at the end of the meal! There was more than enough food for 8!

I placed all of the sides in pretty bowls, so nobody would even know it was a to-go order if you didn’t tell them! There is nothing wrong with enjoying a big family meal buffet-style either.Bob Evans Premium Farmhouse Feast Review

The turkey breast was seasoned perfectly and ultra-moist. Everyone raved at how delicious it was. Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast Turkey

Of course Bob Evans has the best mashed potatoes from anywhere, so we were thrilled to enjoy them for Thanksgiving. We had plenty of mashed potatoes but I know that some people really, really pile up the mashed potatoes. If that is your family, you can order additional sides. The meal comes with 2 containers already but feel free to add on to your order.Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast Review

The bread and celery dressing was fluffy and flavorful, everyone loved it.Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast Review

Of course the fresh baked pies were a huge hit as was the pumpkin bread for dessert. We had more than enough dessert for everyone. Plus, they gave us whipped cream for the piles. Bob Evans thought of everything for a traditional Thanksgiving feast to-go!Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast Review

The Premium Farmhouse Feast includes Bob Evans’ signature slow-roasted whole boneless turkey breast, sliced hickory smoked ham, bread & celery dressing, homestyle mashed potatoes, gravy, buttered sweet corn, green beans with ham, macaroni & cheese, cranberry relish, rolls, a whole apple pie, a whole pumpkin pie with whipped topping, and a loaf of pumpkin bread. This serves 8-10 people.

The only difference between a Premium Farmhouse Feast and a Farmhouse Feast is with Premium, you get both turkey and ham as well as both pumpkin pie and apple pie, and macaroni and cheese. Premium Farmhouse Feast (serves 8-10) is 109.99 and Farmhouse Feast (serves 8) is $79.99.

You can also order a Farmhouse Feast to serve 4 people for just $49.99. You choose turkey or ham.

The average host family spends $200 to host Thanksgiving dinner. It adds up quickly when you are buying all the ingredients for every recipe! The prices at Bob Evans are right on, especially for quality, homestyle food that everyone loves.
