I love it when our favorite restaurants introduce new menu items filled with delicious new foods for my family to try. BRAVO at Summit Mall is my family’s favorite restaurant for authentic Italian food. We were able to check out a few Chef-inspired menu items on their Fall menu and are big fans of them all!

My kids are adventurous and will try any food at least once (partly because we have made them do this since they were toddlers!). They were open to trying Zucchini Zucchini Fritti but didn’t know they would LOVE it! What’s not to love though, the zucchini is thinly sliced and cooked crispy and light. It reminded my kids of fries but with a lot more flavor, especially when dipped in the two sauces. The whole plate was gone in no time – and a must-try for families.
Appetizers are so fun, aren’t they? We love trying new foods and it is a great way to sample several items. We often stop for appetizers before going to a movie or event, for a light ‘meal’ just for fun. Normally, we don’t indulge in 3 appetizers before dinner but we just had to try their new appetizers!
You’ve never had meatballs like these Handmade Meatballs made with organic grass-fed beef and pork, stuffed with mozzarella cheese! YUM! Served with a peperonata sauce, it definitely hits the spot! Nothing says comfort food like this hearty appetizer and it is 100% family and kid-approved.
The new Crispy ‘Mozz’ Ravioli is another menu addition that is sure to delight families. The ravioli is served hot and crisp with a creamy mozzarella center. Dip in the two sauces for your perfect flavor combination. What I like about these new BRAVO appetizers is that they are authentically Italian, full of flavor, but not overpowering so that everyone can enjoy them.
New on the Fall BRAVO menu is their Alfredo Fresco dishes – to my daughter’s delight!
My daughter orders an Alfredo pasta dish every time we dine at BRAVO. She loves the freshly prepared Alfredo sauce – with good reason, it is prepared using the highest quality cheeses. This new line includes chef-crafted ingredients for unique and tempting pasta dishes! My daughter enjoyed the perfectly served Fettuccine Alfredo (pictured in header image too). This is a classic Italian dish and BRAVO perfects it with fresh fettuccine, Reggiano cheese, and fresh cream. 
My son is a seafood lover and enjoyed BRAVO’s new Shrimp Alfredo. Luscious scampi style shrimp is pilled on the fresh fettuccine Alfredo dish for an exquisite meal.
BRAVO also has new Primavera Alfredo dish with fresh fettuccine, roasted red peppers, zucchini, onions, and asparagus. It is a great way to enjoy fresh Fall veggies!
The new Chicken Scaloppine is an elegant menu choice for those that like flavor! The main event is the thinly sliced chicken topped with the ultimate combination of Shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, provolone, and feta. The toppings are generous too, so every single bite is drenches in flavor. The side of herb and butter linguine is creamy and delicious. I hope this menu item sticks around well past this season!
At BRAVO, you can enjoy flatbreads and pizza cooked in an authentic Italian pizza oven. My kids always like checking the oven out when they were younger but we all enjoy the flavor!
New on the menu at BRAVO are Neapolitan Pizzas. This is a great main dish for a hearty appetite or to split with someone if you are ordering another size or appetizers. My husband shared the above Chicken Scaloppine and this pizza and had leftovers of both!
We enjoyed the Sicilian Neapolitan Pizza topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, and diced meatballs. The crust was soft and crisp at the same time, the sauce, cheese, and toppings created the best pizza experience I’ve had in a long time.
They also have Margherita, Chicken & Spinach, Pepperoni, and Vegetarian varieties to choose from.
You can’t skip dessert when you dining at BRAVO. Although not new to the menu, these fan favorites are worth sharing! And sharing we did, between the four of us, we enjoyed the Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake and Tiramisu.
Have you seen anything more delectable than either of these desserts?! This is the ultimate cheesecake, rich and creamy with amazing flavor combinations of caramel and mascarpone cream – I can’t think of anything better together. Although rich and certainly sweet, it was not overpowering, making it a delightful way to end an enjoyable meal.
As a coffee lover, I had to try their Tiramisu and I was delighted. This classic Italian dessert made with lady fingers, coffee liqueur, mascarpone, and cocoa is more suited for grown-ups.
What I’ve always enjoyed about going to BRAVO with my family is that it is a nice dinner out. I consider this a ‘fine family dining’ experience because it is upscale but yet not stuffy and still affordable. The atmosphere is inviting and says ‘your going to have a special experience’ from the moment you walk in. We love the subtle and tasteful Roman Ruin decor that lends to the Italian restaurant theme. The service is always friendly and attentive at the Summit Mall location.
