Two weeks ago, I baked 4 different kinds of Christmas Cookies with my good friend, Annlouise. Needless to say, with 2 kids in the house, they are all gone! There are 2 kinds that are my husband’s favorite that I will bake from scratch including Chocolate Cherry Drops and Macaroon Kiss Cookies. However, I decided to make it easier on myself and bake Easy Christmas Cookies – Ready to Bake Pillsbury Cookies!
Tonight, I baked Peanut Butter Ready to Bake Cookies and added Chocolate Kisses on top. My kids enjoyed opening the kisses wrappers since I pay my help with chocolate! 🙂 Plus, it was fun for them to roll the dough in the sugar. It was super easy.
I also baked the Chocolate Chip with Red & White Chips Ready to Bake Cookies. I had planned on making chocolate chip cookies but the red and white chocolate chips makes it more exciting!
And I baked Pillsbury Holiday Shape Cookies. I chose the Reindeer, they also had snowmen and Christmas trees. They turned out super cute.

I sort of felt “guilt” for not making these cookies home made when I purchased the dough in the store. Once I was home and had my kids help me bake the cookies, I changed my mind. The fun part is cooking with your kids and with no prep work and no clean up, it’s a win-win situation! Plus, they taste super yummy!
I also made some cookies from Pillsbury Peppermint Refrigerated Sugar Cookies, not pictured above. My son especially likes them! I have a roll of Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough in the fridge that I plan to use tomorrow. There are a ton of Christmas Cookie Recipes on Pillsbury.com that uses Pillsbury products too if you want to add a little extra like I did with the Peanut Blossoms.
There’s only so much time left before Christmas. Make it easier on yourself and pick up some Pillsbury dough!
