My kids love granola bars as snacks. I like them too because they are so convenient but have you noticed that many have high fructose corn syrup?! The new Fiber One Chewy bars are delicious and contain no high fructose corn syrup. It is a wholesome snack that I feel good about giving my kids.
Fiber One Chewy Bars Review
One thing that I like about Fiber One products is the amount of fiber in each serving. The Chewy Bars contain 20% of the Daily Value of Fiber and 10% for Calcium. Plus, with no high fructose corn syrup, they only contain 7 or 8 grams of sugar too. This is a snack that I feel good about giving my kids in the afternoon, while on road trips, at the pool, or anywhere our Summer takes us!
But, how do kids like it? My kids like the Fiber One Chewy Bars so much that now they ask for them at the store since we already went through our two samples boxes. My kids aren’t the only kids that like them. Kids ages 8-12 prefer New Fiber One Chewy Chocolate versus Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars during an independent study!
The two new flavors include Chocolate and Strawberry PB&J. Each Chewy Bar contains layers of deliciousness with drizzle on top. All that for just 100-110 calories per bar.
The Chocolate Fiber One Chewy Bars are my son’s favorite. The bottom layer is all chocolate, then the chewy granola, then drizzled with more chocolate on top. Delicious! My daughter loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so I knew she’d like the Strawberry PB&J Fiber One Chewy Bars and I was right! I wasn’t sure what it would taste like, it’s a new combination for chewy bars. I tasted it and thought it was a fantastic new flavor, it taste just like a PB&J sandwich!
