A lot of people think tea is good for you without understanding the reasons why. Of course not all teas are the same. Did you know that some tea can be good for anxiety, restlessness, fatigue, insomnia, and constipation? Ayurvedic medicine has been used for more than 5,000 years as a form of holistic science of balance and function.

I was recently introduced to R-U-VED. They have a line of products developed for your health and longevity.

R-U-VED Provata Tea Review

I have recently started to enjoy a good cup of tea. I was happy to review the Provata Tea. It is an unique blend of fennel, licorice, ginger, cinnamon, black cardamom, and ajwain. I don’t think I’ve ever had a tea with licorice before!

The Provata Tea is specifically formulated for Vata disorders. It is to calm your body and help with anxiety, restlessness, fatigue, insomnia, and constipation.  What mom doesn’t experience some or all of these systems at one time or another?!

Actually, both my husband and I have enjoyed this tea over the past weeks.  I like that the simple act of drinking a cup of tea can help me to actively balance my body to fight against disease. I like that the Provata Tea is all natural. The essential oils are naturally grown at the R-U-VED farms or manufactured at one of their factories in the Himalayas.

If it is a spice or seasoning, my husband loves to try it and add it to most anything. My son follows right behind in his daddy’s footsteps. We were also given the chance to review R-U-VED Prokapha Spice. Prokapha Spice is a blend of aromatic warming herbs to support constitution and the digestion.  It can be added to salads, fruits, beans, soups, chicken, fish, or just drank when mixed with water.

It has a real earthy, almost cinnamon flavor and smell. My husband and son invented the Prokapha Toast recipe. They have been enjoying for breakfast on their toast, for a completely new take on plain ol’ toast. We have also used It in several recipes, I find it works well with chicken.

I have been previously diagnosed with IBS, about 10 years ago. For me, this condition is sporadic thankfully. Stress and poor diet, which usually goes hand in hand, brings it on. I do like having an all-natural way to fight IBS with both the R-U-VED Prokapha Spice and the Provata Tea.

Anything that we can do to improve our bodies daily to fight again disease and disorders is much better than starting to take medications.

Buy R-U-VED Prokapha Spice and the Provata Tea

You can buy R-U-VED Prokapha Spice for $4.59 and the Provata Tea for $5.98 on the R-U-VED website.

This was not a paid post. My own opinions were used based on my perceptions and experience. Thank you to R-U-VED who provided the products for  review.
