Folgers Black Silk coffee is bold, something I’ve also learned to become as a blogger. I have been able to build my blog to where it is today by making some bold moves. I haven’t come this far without much, much, much support from my husband, AOM writers, and awesome companies like Folgers. I have reached “outside the blogger box” to work with brands that other mom bloggers have neglected – i.e. home remodel instead of going after what every mom blog goes for – i.e. vacuum cleaner. It has grown my DIY audience and blog in amazing ways.
Some bold qualities that I have include perseverance, hard work (blogging until 1 or 2 am many nights), and blogging with integrity – no matter what. I have made the bold decision this previous year to devote more time to my blog instead of finding a traditional job once my kids were both in school.
You’ve gotta take bold moves if you want to succeed, right? Attending BlogHer ’13 is a big deal for me as well. I’ll be in the middle of 4 or 5,000 women bloggers, some of which are famous and very well-known. I can’t wait to be inspired and engage with everyone there.
