I’ve had my share of tough times. I’ve lost major family support, I’ve seen and experienced devastating illness, and, when my husband lost his job a few years ago at the beginning of that still lovely recession, I thought the end was near!
My faith sustained me, and, well, blossomed so much more during those times. It’s amazing what illness, grief, financial problems and family issues can do to grow your soul. To be honest, DURING those times it didn’t seem like it, but after the fact, looking back, the facts are clear on how I relied upon Christ.
