As an ambassador, I was given the opportunity to throw a party, showcasing Colgate products last week. Since it is Christmastime, I put all the Colgate items in a nifty gift basket. Speaking of gifts, Colgate has a lot of great powered toothbrushes
The party started out with lots of food to enjoy. Food is always the perfect ice breaker to get people ready to talk about anything, including oral health care!
We invited a variety of friends, from young parents with kids to people that are grandparents. We can all learn and grow from each other, regardless of age and the stages in life. I was happy to hear that many were already Colgate users, although many had not tried the new products I was introducing to them.
The kids were even happy to see the Colgate kids products. Yes, kids can get excited over brushing – when it includes fun toothbrushes with exciting colors or characters on them.
Colgate offers toothpastes for kids of all ages from babies to big kids too. They make them fun with flavors like Bubble Fruit and Watermelon for younger kids and Fresh ‘n Protect for older kids, offering a more grown up mint flavor without the burn of adult toothpaste.
Check out the cool series of videos Colgate has created with their Bright Smiles, Bright Futures program. It is a fun way to talk to younger kids about cavities and good oral health care.
There are also fun games for kids to play and learn about oral care for theses age groups: 2-4, 4-6, and 7-9. If you are having a difficult time developing a positive dental routine for your kids, this is a fun way to make it a positive experience for kids and not stressful. 
Even the adults at my party had a good time checking out the new products and taking them home. Some adults might have had too much fun! 🙂 People get in a rut with products, buying the same thing time after time. Trying new products like the Colgate Total line can be invigorating. It amazes me to learn about all the advances in dental care. Colgate strives to continue to provide consumers with the most effective dental care items available in the marketplace for every age and all dental needs.
