Fall is here. School is well under way – as are sports and after school activities. The first month of school has been really good for my kids – really good. They both like their teachers, classes, and have adjusted to the new year quite nicely. As a parent, this makes me so happy. I would do anything for my kids and happiness is at the top of the list. So is keeping them safe and healthy. That is why I bring Wet Ones with me wherever we go.
When I pick my kids up from school, they reach for a Wet Ones. When I pick them up from sports, they reach for a Wet Ones. I’m not creating germaphobes but being safe when it comes to germs in public places.
I participated in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Wet Ones. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
Did you know that Wet Ones kill 99.99% of germs and clean better than liquid hand sanitizers? That is because they actually wipe away the dirt, grime, and germs. That is why I have Wet Ones with us all the time. I stick a canister in our vehicles, they sit nicely in cup holders.
We recently had a picnic in the park, my kids were playing in the woods, picking up sticks, and having fun playing. That is what they are suppose to do! When it was time to eat, I pulled out Wet Ones for them to clean their hands. It’s not always about germs, it is also about on-the-go cleanliness. My top choice is to wash with warm water and soap but that’s not going to happen in the woods or on-the-go!
During the school year, my kids have come home with chapped, bleeding hands after using too much of the alcohol-based hand sanitizers. This shouldn’t happen. My kids now go to school prepared with Wet Ones and their hand haven’t been chapped or bleeding for over a year. My kids aren’t the only ones with this conditions as school over use sanitizers all the time. Check out your kids’ hands this Winter – then send them to school with individual Wet Ones, you’ll see the difference.
Ever Been in a Sticky Situation?
Wet Ones has a new online ebooklet called “Sticky Situations” with quotes from moms and teachers about sticky situations. I was actually quoted in the WetOnes StickySituations eBooklet about lunch time.
[exceptional-citing quoted=”cindy-beach-2011-headshot” template=”elegant” date=”” ]I have used Wet Ones every day by packing the Wet Ones Singles in my kids’ lunch bags. Plus, Wet Ones actually clean better than hand sanitizer, while killing 99.99% of germs.[/exceptional-citing]
