I hope you found this list interesting.  Do note, I found that several SKUs that sold in June are no longer available on Amazon.  I think the reason is that individuals who sell on Amazon put up and take down their items all the time with different SKU#s, leaving the list above a little messy.  If you’re reading this list well after the publish date, I bet you’ll see it even more full of holes.
