Must-Have for Vacationing with Kids – Single Dose Pedia Care

While at BlogHer ’13 I met with Pedia Care to check out their new products. One product that I found intriguing was their Pedia Care Squeezable Packets. They are single dose squeezable packets for their fever reducer and pain reliever – acetaminophen. Each squeezable packet contains a single does for your age child. I received a sample for kids ages 6-8 since my kids are exactly 6 and 8.

I brought it with us on our trip to Massachusetts, for just in case.

Thankfully I did because while visiting Plymouth, my son got an awful headache and just didn’t feel good. I pulled out the Pedia Care Squeezable Packet and gave it to him.  He was able to drink it himself without a mess in the car that a regular dosing container would absolutely cause.

When we were done, we threw the packet away. There isn’t an easier way to keep medicine on hand while traveling. I’m sold on this product now.  He was back to himself quickly and we were able to finish our day in Plymouth, MA. If we didn’t have Pedia Care with us we would have had to track down a drug store and he would not have felt better as soon as he did.
