As a work at home mom, I rely on both my cell phone and home phone for business and personal calls. Fumbling between the two can get frustrating. I was introduced to a fantastic solution, the Panasonic KX-TG7872 Link-to-Cell, the #1 Panasonic Phone for Work at Home Moms.
Panasonic KX-TG7872 Review Link-to-Cell
What is a “link-to-cell” phone? Simply put, it links your cell phone(s) to your home phone via Bluetooth. It has amazing new features that other similar products on the market doesn’t like noise reduction as well as easy connectivity and an extended battery life. It really makes working from home with two phone numbers easier to manage.
I place my base receiver in the kitchen where I am often testing out new products and recipes. It is also the central hub for my home, so my entire family knows where the phone is.
I received a phone to facilitate this post.
Panasonic suggests placing your cell phone where reception is best in your home so that you’ll have the best reception while using the phone. This is great if you have dead spots in your home, now you won’t have to worry about static or dropped calls in your home no matter where you take your Panasonic KX-TG7872. I even take it outdoors, where it is often shady and sometimes has static from the woods.
Panasonic KX-TG7872 Review Link-to-Cell has another cool feature that helps you stay connected called Text Message Alert. Now, your home phone will send you an alert when you receive a text on your cell phone.
Setting up the phone system was easy enough. It connects easily to your cell phone via bluetooth and to your home phone with the included telephone line cord. I really like that it downloaded all of my cell phone contacts in mere moments, giving me access to all my contacts on the Panasonic phone – whether I use my home line or cell hone line.
I like the Link-to-Cell USB Charge too. You don’t have to find a spot for your phone charger anymore, simply plug the USB charger into the Panasonic KX-TG7872 base. It charges your phone for you while you are hooked up – another huge benefit of the Panasonic Link-to-Cell – a never-drained cell phone battery. When you use the Panasonic receiver to connect via your cell phone, you are not using your cell phone battery at all. It is important for a work-at-home mom to keep her cell phone charged since we are always on the go with our work and kids too.
Most of the time, my kids are at school while I work. However, there are plenty of times when I need to take a call when they are home playing, watching TV, and being noisy. The Panasonic KX-TG7872 has a noise reduction technology that helps reduce the background noise in your home so that the person on the other end of the phone can hear you better. Just press the button while you get out of the noisy area like I do or keep it pressed to enhance your voice while reducing the background noise.
One thing that I never liked about older cordless phone technology is that when the power is out, so were the cordless phones. The Panasonic Link-to-Cell allows you to use your phone temporarily even when there is no power. If you have a charged phone on the base unit, you can make calls on your other cordless handset. The Panasonic KX-TG7872 comes with 2 handsets. I keep my second handset with charger upstairs in my bedroom. This way, if I get an urgent call on my cell or home phone, I won’t miss it. How many times have you left your cell phone in your purse and missed an important call? You won’t with the Panasonic KX-TG7872 because they are connected.
If want to simplify your work-at-home life and have one reliable and convenient phone for both your home and cell phone (or two cell phones), check out the Panasonic KX-TG7872 Review Link-to-Cell phone. You can buy the Panasonic KX-TG7872 on the Panasonic website.

This was not a paid post. My own opinions were used based on my perceptions and experience. Thank you to Panasonic who provided the product for review.
