Heart On Your Sleeve Design was born out of founder Kim Newton’s desire to wear fun, stylish jewelry with a sporty, Christian flair. Her designs caught the eye of family and friends, and soon, they were placing orders. Before long, Kim brought on friend Dana Stone, to help with the quickly growing business. I see so many occasions where this necklace would make a nice gift: For a birthday, a baptism, first communion, confirmation, Christmas, a “just because” gift for a special friend, and the list goes on…
Sometimes, cross pendants can be over-embellished and busy. This pretty little thing is just right. 🙂 Its simple styling and sparkly serpentine chain make it as appropriate for a child as a grandma. 🙂 It’s a cross pendant that I’d pull out for everyday use. The necklace comes in pretty packaging, complete with a bible verse – such a nice touch. I’m giving this one to my 10 year old daughter for her First Communion.

OK, this little gem is too cute! The wire “Joy” phrase is unique, and ultra-feminine. The necklace also comes in “Faith,” “Hope,” and “Love.” I like how this piece lays on the neck. This necklace really makes a statement, doesn’t it?! The chain is a pretty braided design that sparkles from all angles. The chain also has one of my favorite features – the length is adjustable, so no matter what the neckline of your shirt, this necklace can be featured. So smart!
This one I am sending to one of my God daughters. On her baptism day, her parents asked me to not worry about celebrating her birthday, but rather, put my effort into celebrating her baptism day with her. Each year on her baptism day, I send her some sort of a gift that reminds her of her faith, and that she is one of God’s special children. She’s a happy, joyful child, so I can’t wait for her to have this neat piece of jewelry. It just suits her.

I admit it – I was salivating for this necklace as soon as I saw it on the website! I’m giving this stamped necklace to …ME! 🙂 I just love the styling. Stamped pendants are hot these days, and this one is no exception.
I wear this necklace several times a week. It seems to go with everything. Its longer chain length of 24″ means that it looks great with all sorts of tops. Isn’t the chain made up of tiny balls cute?!
I have had this necklace since October, and after wearing it dozens of times, it still looks as good as new.
