This Gluten-Free Fruit Pizza Recipe is delicious – you’d never guess it is gluten-free!

- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup Smucker’s® Natural Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread or other gluten-free fruit spreads
- 4 cups to 5fresh fruit combination (sliced strawberries sliced kiwi, whole small berries like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, cubed pineapple, etc.)

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray 12-inch pizza pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Mix cookie mix, oil, water and egg together in medium bowl until evenly moistened, I used my Kitchen-Aid mixer on low speed.
- Press evenly onto prepared pan, just to the edge, to create a crust.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Mine was done in 10 minutes with convection oven.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- BEAT cream cheese and fruit spread in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Spread evenly on cooled sugar cookie crust.
- Arrange fruit on top of pizza just before serving.
- Serve immediately.
- Cover leftovers with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.

I like that you can load the fruit pizza up with your favorite fruits – and those that are in season!I also saw that Pillsbury has a Gluten-Free Funfetti Cake Mix and I’ve heard good things about it as well.
