What better way is there to celebrate with a delicious hot pretzel and Honey Mustard Pretzel Dipping Sauce made with Coleman Mustard?
I have never made a home made dipping sauce before and was very impressed by how easy it was to make and how simply delicious! If you like mustard, you’ll love this dipping sauce.

- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon zest and juice to taste salt
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp Colman’s Mustard
Ingredients

- Whisk the egg yolk and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
- Slowing whisk in oil.
- When mixture starts to thicken, add some lemon juice or water to loosen it and avoid splitting. Whisk in remaining Dijon mustard, honey and Colman’s mustard powder.
- Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
- Serve chilled.
The combination of honey with Dijon and Colman’s mustard is genius, offering a little bit of sweet with a bit of kick.

I was surprised at how much this recipe makes, so if you make it for just your family, you might want to cut it in 1/2. This is the perfect size for parties and gatherings. It is sure to be a favorite for your guests. I’ve never made home made soft pretzels before, so I used a frozen store bought. For a party, I’d consider pretzel bites or making my own.
