- 1/4 tsp sugar alternative like Truvia granulated or brown - I use brown or 1honey maple syrup, or granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp granola

- Combine pumpkin puree, sugar alternative, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to create pumpkin pie mixture.
- Place pumpkin pie mixture in bottom of bowl or parfait glass.
- Top with 1/2 cup Snowville Creamery 6% Plain Yogurt.
- Top with granola.
