My family loves nachos, especially when drizzled with cheese and loaded with lots of toppings! It is the perfect after-school snack, party food, movie night snack, ballgame food, or anytime food. What’s not to love?!
Sometimes chips get soggy or can’t hold up to the loads of toppings we use. I recently found riceworks gourmet rice snacks, they are a sturdy chip that can hold up to any loaded nachos supreme recipe!
I received product to facilitate this post.
riceworks Gluten Free Loaded Nachos Supreme Recipe
Start with your favorite riceworks crisp – there are about 10 to choose from including Sweet Chili, Sea Salt, Salsa Fresca, Sundried Tomato, Wasabi, Olive Oil, Rosemary & Garlic, Spicy Spanish Cheese, and two wild riceworks Sea Salt & Black Sesame and Balck Japonica Rice. All are gluten-free so it is safe to serve at parties too!
There are so many to choose from, I chose Sweet Chili with a little extra spice for my husband and Olive Oil Parmesan & Basil for me.
After you add the nachos to a baking dish or sheet, add your favorite cheese and melt for 5-7 minutes on 350°. I just used a small dish to make these loaded nachos supreme for my husband and I.
I loaded our nachos with cooked black beans, fresh salsa, sour cream, fresh chopped tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro, and green onions. Yum! I actually combined a couple recipes for Nachos Supreme and Tex-Mex Nachos from the riceworks website. Check out all the delicious riceworks recipes and easy snacks for your family!
We’ve been enjoying the riceworks gourmet rice crisps for snacking all week. They are amazing as-is or with dips. They really stand out with dips because they are sturdier than chips and they have a great crunch to them that is quite satisfying. All-in-all, they are better-for-you rice chips that are a great addition to a healthy lifestyle!
Like I said, riceworks are gluten-free and can be used more than just for snacking, you can actually use riceworks as a substitute for breadcrumbs and chips in recipes. This really opens up the possibilities for cooking gluten-free recipes.
