Help the Little League Urban Initiative Program
The Subway Baseball DeSIGNS proceeds benefit the Little League Urban Initiative program. This program helps to fund start-ups, developments, equipment, clinics and field maintenance for Inner City Little Leagues. Little League® players learn invaluable lessons on character, courage, and loyalty by advancing through tournaments.
Little League® Baseball and Softball is the world’s largest and most respected youth sports organization. There are Little League players (ages 5-18) in every state in the USA and across the world in 70 countries. They even have a special division for physically and mentally disable kids, as well as for kids in urban areas (Little League Urban). I remember my brother played Little League as a kid, we had fun attending the games as a family. My son plans to join next year. I feel this is a very good organization to be involved with and support.
