The “work” of kids is play. I have always been the mom that encourages their kids to play – without worrying about getting dirty. My kids play hard so we need clothes that are made to keep up with them. A few years ago, I started shopping at Gymboree for their adorable styles. My son isn’t a shopper, however he accepted the invitation to shop for a couple new Boys Gymboree Spring pieces this week. He found quite a few shirts that he liked. As kids get older, it is harder to know their style. At Gymboree, they have a nice variety of boys clothes for all interests. There is plenty of themed apparel for sports of all kind, skaters, surfin’, nautical, and more. They seem to always have something new and fresh for vehicles like motorcylces, trucks, cars, etc with each new collection. Elijah likes the new Jungle Explorer line with plenty of lizards, and rainforest graphics. They also have fun beach inspired clothing pieces to choose from.

One thing that I really like about Gymboree styles for boys is that they are not all “dark.” I’ve seen so many styles for boys that are full of dark colors, and dark themes like skulls. I have nothing “against” such clothing but I want my son to have fun, exciting colors, patterns, and graphics!

The baby girl and baby boy Spring collections at Gymboree are equally adorable with a large selection from size newborn to 5T. My kids are way past this stage but luckily I have 3 baby nephews to shop for for gifts. Gymboree baby clothing is super soft and sweet. Buying high quality baby clothes is a must because they will be washed and washed many, many times. Gymboree clothing holds up to whatever mess your baby can manage!

Just because the clothes at Gymboree are high-quality doesn’t mean it isn’t affordable. They are always offering sales, promotions, and even Gymbucks to make their clothing affordable. For instance, while I was at Gymboree this week, I spent $50 on the following: 2 embroidered shirts for my daughter, 2 pairs of fancy socks for my daughter, 2 embroidered shirts for my son, pair of dress pants for son, and even a sweat shirt for next year for my son.

Gymboree clothing is all about kids. They provide quality products that will move with your kids and withstand the hard hours of play! I also like that Gymboree is committed to “giving kids a chance to be kids and producing quality products that make us proud.” This is why they have strict manufacturing practices and audits that ensure employees are given fair wages and a safe work environment. The materials and manufacturing of their clothing is consciously to ensure it is done without child labor or forced labor. What a great company!
