My daughter just finished Ultra Squad and loved the story. The story follows a group of tween girls that discover they have magical supergirl powers. Not only do they find out they have these powers but they use them in the book to battle again an evil force that threatens Earth! In this book, girls will be empowered by seeing tween girls making a difference in the world – and Universe. Although we may not do something in ‘real life’ that affects the entire universe, it is a great message for our tween girls that they can make the world a better place through teamwork, being positive and with justice.
I love how Justice made this book about empowering our young girls and how fun they made it through a graphic novel.
