Lansing, Michigan Road Trip Stop: Eastwood Towne Center

During our recent road trip to Lansing, Michigan, we enjoyed the afternoon shopping and dining at Eastwood Towne Center. This is the only lifestyle center in Lansing, MI, so it is a popular destination for people visiting Lansing for business, pleasure, or school.

With two active kids, our first stop was Disck’s Sporting Goods!

We found plenty of gear to get ready for summer! My son was excited to see the expanded hunting section. There was a LOT more to choose from than our local Ohio stores. One benefit of adding shopping to your road trip itinerary is that you always find different products in different areas of the country that you wouldn’t find at home – even at a neighboring state in a national chain store!

We found some new stores that we’ve never encountered before at Eastwood Towne Center too like Evereve and Luluemon. Evereve  is a boutique especially for fashion-loving moms! They specialize in clothing for every body type of moms – becuase we all know that with motherhood come new curves and body shapes at different times of motherhood!

Luluemon was another interesting shop for all the fitness moms! It has all the lastest trends for yoga, dancing, running, and athlectic clothing.

Other popular stores at Eastwood Towne Center include Apple Store, Sephora, Willaims-Sonoma, Pandora, Banana Republic, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Gymboree, J. Crew, Pottery Barn, Sephora, White House Black Market, and many more. Check out their entire list of stores here. There is sure to be a favorite for every member of your family!I also like that there is plenty of parking at this shopping destination. It is very well laid out for the shopper that wants to pull right up to their favorite store – and for those walking through the lifestyle center.

When my daughter saw Justice, we had to stop for some new clothes!

There is also a cinema at Eastwood Towne Center to relax and watch the latest films while in town.

Eastwood Towne Center is the best place for food in Lansing, MI. They have many family-friendly restaurants to choose from including P.F. Chang’s, Bavo! Cucina Italiana (one of my family’s favorite restaurants), Claddagh Irish Pub, McAlister’s Deli, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, and Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill.

We decided to try out McAlister’s Deli because they have kids events and kids eat free on Tuesdays – the day we were visiting!

Their portions were HUGE with plenty of variety to make everyone happy including sandwiches, hoagies, and salads.

This restaurant is very kid-friendly and a popular destination. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming while the food is delicious and comforting.

Discover something new on your next trip to Lansing, MI at the Eastwood Towne Center. Explore new trends and shops, enjoy a great meal, and take in a movie with your family.

I also suggest making Hyatt Place at Eastwood Towne Center your home away from home as it is a beautiful hotel located right next to Eastwood Towne Center.
