I’m excited about how my upstairs hallway has been transformed recently into a space I love. I’m happy to share with you how I added life and style to this space for me.

The star of this new space is a Nearly Natural artificial plant. They have a line of high-quality faux plants and trees designed by horticulturists to look and feel real. Just spread the leaves out to the shape that you desire.

I’ve been trying to update spaces in my home that have been overlooked. Recently, I painted our upstairs hallway from green to an earthy salmon color and replaced curtains with faux wood blinds. It made a big difference.

Even with a paint job and new blinds, this space lacked any luster.

Before we had a really old artificial plant in the corner but it was looking pretty shabby and wasn’t doing anyone any favors being there. What I’ve learned over the years is that there is a big difference between artificial plants from 25 years ago and today and that different brands offer different experiences. I usually hate the look of fake plants, but when done right, they can add a lively touch to any home.
Just look at this space now!
We added a 4′ Artificial Dracaena Plant in Sand Colored Planter to the corner and a mirror.

Now, the space is decorative, useful, and adds to the look and feel of the entire upstairs. This plant came with stones for the base that is perfect for our home’s earthy decor.

I love how natural this planter looks and how it really livens up the space. This will be exceedingly so when the colder months hit! I’ve tried, unsuccessfully over the years to take care of natural plants and have killed them all. We don’t get enough natural sunlight in our home to sustain any plant. Plus, when my kids were little, I worried they would eat or knock over the plants – same goes for our dogs! What I love about Nearly Natural in addition to how life-like they look is that they are maintenance-free and pet friendly. I don’t have to worry about a thing!
It’s obvious that Nearly Natural has done its research on how to capture the natural beauty of every plant, from stem to trunk to leaves and blossoms. Nearly Natural has a collection of life-like artificial trees, plants, and flowers for indoors and outdoors. They also offer seasoning items, including Fall and Christmas. I have my eye on two faux cedar trees to place outside my front door for the Christmas season.
