First of all, this messy toy is to be enjoyed outdoors, preferably in the grass or dirt. Secondly, wear play clothes because the colored bubbles will get all over your kids – and they will love it! Third, relax, it will all wash off clothes and skin, so let your kids have fun!
The Bubble Launcher accepts Crayola’s new colored bubbles. Just screw the bottle right onto the bubble launcher. Turn the hand-crank and let the bubbles blow! Tons of small bubbles will stream right out of the bubble launcher, sometimes clinging to each other, creating beautiful spheres of bubbles. The bubbles are thick and deep in color. Choose between blue, purple, pink, and yellow bubbles. Your kids will flip over the colors as they stream out of the bubble launcher.
When your kids go to catch the bubbles, they will be beyond delighted to have them splat into their hands in bright and vivid colors! My kids always have fun when I blow bubbles for them. Chasing and popping the bubbles is so much fun for them! Now, with the added color and messiness, Crayola has made an already fun activity even better!
You can buy 3-packs of the Crayola Colored Bubbles, without the launcher. I’d suggest that if just want to try this product out to see if you’ll like it or not. Each bubble bottle comes with a wand that you can use to blow the bubbles. In fact, my kids really enjoyed just using the wands too. You can blow an amazing amount of bubbles with the colored bubbles. I think it is because the formula is thicker than other bubble solutions. Plus, when the bubbles land on the ground, they don’t pop right away, again, I think because of the thicker formula.
This is a great outdoor toy to get your kids this Spring. They will love it! And, it really isn’t a big deal to clean off their skin and clothes. I just pop their clothes in the washer and have had no problems. You should however play it safe and use play clothes, because there is the possibility they could stain or need washed more than once. If you play with the colored bubbles on a sidewalk or driveway, be sure to wash the residue off after play with a garden hose.
