My good friend Annlouise, who happens to be an incredible interior designer in Akron, invited me to an exclusive KraftMaid Experience gathering this week. Although I didn’t know much about the interior design world, I know what I like and I found a lot that I LOVE at the KraftMaid Experience showroom.
I browsed and drolled a little over the magnificent kitchens and bathroom displays. Our home is Frank Lloyd Wright inspired and I am trying to incorporate his style throughout the house, when it also reflects our style. Sometimes the 2 don’t and sometimes they do. The KrafitMaid showroom has a style to fit any home and honestly, I would take any of their kitchens! There were 2 in particular that fit the family style with a bit of Frank Lloyd Wright style. My kitchen project is just at the beginning stages so I focused on the guest bathroom more so.
I even took a picture of a concept that I would love to incorporate into my downstairs guest bathroom.

The vanity and mirror are beautiful, yet small enough to fit perfectly in a guest bath room. I absolutely adore the faux rock wall! I am really considering adding this element into the guest bath room. It is just the right accent to pull the entire room and Frank Lloyd Wright feel into the bath room. What do you think?
Guest Bath Remodel
We have begun our guest bath remodel. The full size bathroom has been completely torn apart and we are down to the bare walls. More pictures to come!

Tarkett has already shipped me gorgeous flooring just waiting to be installed. We will be installing the Tarkett PermaStone Luxury Tile Firenze Leather with Gray Grout. This will also be in the foyer and hallway to the guest bathroom. It has the look of ceramic floor but is much softer, family-friendly, warmer, and easy to install. I can’t wait!

KraftMaid Experience left my mind swirling
I left the KraftMaid Experience with my mind swirling. I must admit that it was a little overwhelming because there was so many choices, styles, and great options. I have to take inventory of what I like, what my husband likes, what is practical, what we need, etc. They are there to help and even offer free design classes.
If you would like to visit KraftMaid, here are the details:

For now, I will just dream of my kitchen that I hope to be able to start if I win the Pillsbury Crescent Cook Contest. You are voting for me, right? 🙂
The Guest Bathroom is actually well on it’s way with the Elkay and Phylrich products being shipped mid-November. I must take inventory of what I need!
I am currently looking for a vanity that is at minimum 24″. I’m also looking for a fabulous counter and mirror to pull the entire look together. If you have any ideas, message me.
Really beautiful ideas. I love the new vessel sinks.
I did not know that they offered free design classes? Super neat
That sink is so awesome!!!
We are living in a house based off of a model, so it has all the basic stuff. I would love to start upgrading, using some of these ideas, especially our kitchen and bathrooms, so pretty!
The faux rock wall is fabulous!!
I love that display. The sink is gorgeous! I love any sink which stands out of the vanity, they look so modern and nice.
