Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole Recipe
This Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole Recipe is very easy to make and a great way to use leftover turkey this Thanksgiving. I found a recipe for Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole from Hidden Valley. I altered it to items I had on hand for a delicious leftover turkey recipe my family loved.
Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 bags of Success Boil-in-Bag Rice, cooked and cooled
- 3 c cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 c frozen peas, thawed
- 1 red or green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- Black pepper to taste (I use McCormick)
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole Recipe Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook Rice – I use the Success Boil-in-Bag rice, it is easy and ready in 10 minutes.
3. Mix together rice, turkey, peas, red pepper, salad dressing and black pepper in a bowl.
4. Transfer to a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake at 350°F for 35–45 minutes
I paired it with a fresh garden salad for my family.
